Besmillah Ziaye:

A dedicated and skilled manager with over a decade of experience in legal, education, and administrative services. His diverse professional background includes roles as a Paralegal with World Relief Sacramento, a Judicial Training Specialist with USAID’s ADALAT Project, and a Foreign Relations Manager at the Supreme Court of Afghanistan. Ziaye holds a Master of Law (LLM) degree in U.S. Law and Policy from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, a master’s degree in public law from Azad University in Iran, and a bachelor’s degree in theology and Islamic Law from Herat University in Afghanistan. Fluent in multiple languages and well-versed in complex administrative processes, he is known for his exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and comprehensive understanding of procedural compliance.

While Mr. Ziaye is not currently licensed to practice law in the United States and therefore does not provide any kind of legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation, his extensive knowledge, administrative and international experience contribute to delivering accurate administrative services within the scope of his role.

Nawid Qateh:

A dedicated professional with a diverse background in office management, technology, and paralegal services. His experience includes supporting Afghan refugees as a Paralegal at World Relief Sacramento, where he worked under the supervision of licensed attorneys, gaining valuable insight into immigration processes and client advocacy. Qateh holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis, an associate degree in Political Science, and certifications in immigration law and accounting. With a strong commitment to delivering accurate administrative support, he combines his academic knowledge and practical experience to assist clients with professionalism and efficiency.

While Mr. Qateh is not licensed to practice law and does not provide any kind of legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation, his knowledge and experience allows him to offer exceptional administrative support within the scope of his role.

Ebrahim Nazami:

A skilled and dedicated professional with extensive experience in USAID projects, defense law, and higher education. His diverse career has honed his expertise in administrative processes, strategic problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication, allowing him to excel in delivering accurate and efficient administrative services. Nazami holds a master’s degree in law from Islamic Azad University, Iran, and a bachelor’s degree in theology and Islamic Law from Herat University in Afghanistan. Mr. Nazami has actively contributed to cultural engagement as the former director of the Persian Cultural Association in Sacramento, California. With a strong foundation in understanding administrative principles and a commitment to supporting diverse communities, he approaches each task with precision, integrity, and a focus on compliance.
